Working with Naomi I have learned how to nourish my body while still eating the foods I love, I don't feel hungry and my moods are more balanced. I have more confidence in my whole self, my body and my abilities. I feel better than I have felt in a long while. And as an added bonus I dropped 36lbs too. I am thrilled with these results after just 12 weeks.

I loved being coached by Naomi, she helped me to see my unhelpful patterns, called me out on my excuses and helped me to take responsibility for myself and my journey. Some days were really tough, but Naomi was always there to offer support and a strategy whenever I needed it.

I started Naomi's program 12 weeks ago and other than the fact that l've lost 11lb on the program, the biggest win for me has been finally feeling happy and confident in myself despite not necessarily being at the size I want to be right now.
